If you’re not 100% satisfied with the sizing of your order, you may return it for a complimentary remake, subject to the following conditions.
Complimentary remake policy:
All of our products ordered after February 17th, 2021 are eligible for a first-time complimentary remake if you are not 100% satisfied with the sizing. You can request a remake on all products from your first purchase.
* Remakes must be requested within 60 days of the shipping date of your order.
* In order to request a remake, customers are first responsible for returning the original shirts at their own cost.
* Please send a tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org after returning the original order.
If you do not return the item within 60 days after receiving it, we will not be able to process the free remake.
Return shirts policy:
Please be advised that our policy is to offer remakes to customers who agree to return the original shirts to our San Francisco or Japan office.
In order to request a remake, the customers are responsible for returning the original shirts at their own cost.
Our policy is to offer free remakes to customers within 60 days of shipment for qualifying size issues only, upon returning the original shirt(s) to our San Francisco or Japan office at the expense of the customer.

Qualifying size difference requirements:
To qualify for a complimentary remake, your requested sizing adjustments must meet at least one of these requirements:
neck: +/- 1 cm
sleeve: +/- 2cm
chest: +/- 3cm
waist: +/- 3cm
hip: +/- 3cm
shirt length: +/- 3cm
shoulder: +/- 2cm
cuff: +/- 1cm
Style or fabric issues:
Remakes are only granted for sizing/fit issues, not for style or fabric changes.
Requests based on fabric issues will be approved only if the issue is related to fabric defects.
If you have multiple accounts and it is determined that they are from the same person or the same address, only one account will be eligible for a complimentary remake.
