My order says "Waiting/Pending Confirm", what does that mean?

When you see this on your order purchase history page, it means that we sent you a sizing confirmation email. Your order will be on hold until we get a confirmation from you. Please check your spam folder!

If your order says "Pending Confirm" and you don't see a confirmation email, please email clientrelations@originalstitch.com and ask them to resend your sizing confirmation email.
