How do I apply for a free remake?

Please apply by the following method.

1. Click on 「Order History」
   
   
2. Click on 「Check more details」
   
   
3. Click on 「Click for your free remake」
   
   

   
   * Remakes must be requested within 60 days of the shipping date of your order.

   * In order to request a remake, customers are first responsible for returning the original shirts at their own cost.

   * Please send a tracking number to [e-mail] after returning the original order.
   If you do not return the item within 60 days after receiving it, we will not be able to process the free remake.
